Avatarz Technologies SA is an innovative Swiss startup designing immersive experiences powered by AI-driven interactive avatars for the tourism, culture, sports, and branding industries. Our products are deployed with top-tier partners across Europe and the MENA region.

Mission

We are looking for a hybrid profile — both creative and technical — to manage the production of innovative immersive projects, in collaboration with our designers, developers, and motion designers.

Responsibilities

Gather client needs (in coordination with the Business Development team)

Oversee project creation (avatars, interfaces, scripts, animations)

Coordinate production (timelines, deliverables, QA)

Act as the main link between technical teams, design teams, and external partners

Profile

Experience in a digital agency, studio, or production environment

Technical understanding of web environments (HTML, WebGL, 3D; knowledge of NoCode tools or Unity is a plus)

Strong sense of UX, interactivity, and storytelling

Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness
